Unfortunately, red flagged ? Prakken d'Oliveira Law firm is not recommended at all, horrible experience with my boyfriend. Bunch of crooks who are determined to ruin the reputation of the high esteem Dutch judicial system. The AIVD should investigate this law firm’s criminal scheme closely. Some of the unlawful activities range from forging court documents to exploiting and extorting vulnerable members of the public to stage managing court sittings inside the court building. These are bunch of crooks who love to substitute the “rule of law" for "the rule of the mob". Lawyers left on holiday without informing the court, jeopardizing my friends’ case and even later made an invoice claim for a no "show case representation" especially one called Wijngaarden. Dragging clients to the Judicial board because of €150 false invoices. Our technical team will stream this live and will be posted lateron on YouTube. This law firm has a bad reputation even among circles of lawyers in Amsterdam and I will soon released my viral documentary on our experience with them. You have been warned... ?

Unfortunately not recommended at all. Querying excessive time spent (14 hours to delete some sentences from a 2-page draft letter) led to the lawyer ditching my case when I actually needed advice. If you are prepared to remain silent in the face of over-charging, perhaps the legal advice is good. I cannot comment on that, as I never received any.

In response to what was posted:
(1) The "services" have as yet yielded no result whatsoever. A letter was proposed, without any legal content, that simply shortened a two-page submission I had proposed. This took over 12 hours, and was not even in Dutch. I insisted on the addition of specific legal references, which I myself proposed.
(2) What is erroneously referred to as a "lack of mutual trust" was in fact the lawyer objecting to me questioning (1) the time spent and (2) why the lawyer left on holiday without bothering to inform me she had not sent the letter as agreed. The causal relationship is in the other direction than that presented below.
