I’ve been using the Postal Annex, the same print shop at Swan/Sunrise (east of Safeway, next to Subway) for 4 years. Every time I go in for copy service or even for anything more complicated, the staff are consistently courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

First please know that I have KEPT my account here even though I moved away from the area and that’s how much it matters to me to trust the people who take care of my packages.

Postal Annex is the best choice you could ever make. Seriously. I tried the alternative nearby and this place is just terrific.

Josh the manager of Postal Annex, is as sharp as a tack and always knows what to do with mail problems or packages - he knows how carriers operate, what Amazon gets up to and how to manage all mail needs and returns.

He has another store in Oro Valley you should look for, if you’re up that way, because all the employees I have met at his place near Firestone, on N Swan and E Sunrise, work at both stores and they are ALL lovely.

Josh, Aidan, Carlos, Ashley, Denise and Z are simply delightful people. They are absolutely 100% sweet, charming, helpful and polite always. If I left anyone out I’m sorry!

It’s always a pleasure visiting them and they are always patient with me - even when I have jammed every spare corner of their storage space with boxes. I mean I have really taken up more space than I should but they are still kind. They carry things to my car when need be and they want to help - you know how it is when people don’t even want to talk to you or they’re grumpy or indifferent. I never ever get that feeling here.

Plus there are a ton of really charming gifts you can buy that Z gets from somewhere mysterious - I don’t find anything like them anywhere else at all locally.

Obviously, I definitely recommend you get your mail or help with packages of any kind - or your mailbox set up - at this place. I love getting all my mail and packages here because I get consistently professional and pleasant help. They are truly reliable - I don’t worry about my things being properly looked after at all.

It’s really nice to be able to say this is a great business and that I truly appreciate how nice they all are - they deserve the best reviews.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. One time it took 20 minutes for a simple package drop off because the employees were distracted. Other times I’ve shown up 10-15 minutes after opening and the doors are still locked.

Postal Annex handled a corporate shipment for our firm this holiday season. The service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful at the busiest time of the year. This place is the friendliest, most capable and professional mailing service in Tucson. They always go the extra mile for other services too, ie., this morning I ran out of my return address labels for my Christmas cards. Josh was so accommodating as always and got me new labels printed within a few hours time as promised. Their card selection and gift shop is lovely too. Just a HAPPY place to spend time. I always leave with a smile on my face! ?

I tried to next day Fed Ex a package and Fed Ex completely screwed up. But Josh at Postal/Annex helped me track it down and eventually we got it returned. He was a great help with following up with Fed Ex and kept me updated on the progress throughout the delivery process.
