I dropped a package off for USPS here. They charged a dollar for the service which I was fine with. But, my package never got shipped. USPS has no record of it ever being entered into their system. When I called the store, they said I had to take it up with USPS. But, USPS never received the package! I can't even file a claim at this point because they don't have the package!!! What am I supposed to do? The Postal Shoppe didn't offer any help and basically said it wasn't their problem.
I paid an extra fee so that my package would get to where it needed to go.
I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service. I will not be going back. PS. I was a fairly regular customer. Until I actually needed some customer service. Now, I have to find somewhere else to take my business. Please stay away from this shop. They have gone way downhill from what they used to be.

Postal Shop at Perryville and Charles new owners are less than reputable. Gave us a reasonable price on packaging some items our son was taking back to NV with him and when we went to pick up they wanted $100 more because it took them 3 hrs to pack. Refused to pay since they looked at the job before they priced it. Prior owners were great but will never go back to these people

new owners are horrible and will charge you for even cooling off from the ac they have in the air ducts, cheap POS

tried to drop off a pre-paid package and they wanted to charge me a handling fee and they tried to rape me for wanting to use my debit card, took my package to another shop with no issues and it was all FREE

Package that I came in with was pre-packaged and labeled correctly, no need for any additional services, except to drop for shipping

$2 per sheet of paper to print is stupid guy barely spoke English said he can do six sheets of paper for $2 and ended up being $2 per sheet of paper that's stupid other Postal Shops aren't this much of a scam I should have drove to the one on State Street

Great Servce!!! I rest went to the other location on 6th St. where we were treated horribly, we left. Same to this Alpine location so I can send my son who is deployed a care package. Aki provided great service, attentive and kind.
