I have lived in Rescue for 33 years.

In that time, the United States Postal Office in Rescue has handled our mailing needs. But, the next day letters and packages via UPS or FedEx were always a challenge. Recently, we had several instances where we needed UPS and FedEx. We used Postal Annex in El Dorado Hills,off Bass Lake Road. I was helped by Alyssa and Thomas. They are remarkable. Each time we went there Alyssa and Thomas were exceptionally professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They not only accomplished the mailings, but also followed up to ensure the delivery. Color us loyal customers.

When the Postal Annex opened up nearby in El Dorado Hills I was super excited! Finally a place to mail any thing and by any way, (FedEx, UPS, etc.). I had no idea what I was in for! Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but they went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way to ship my items and still get them there in a timely manner. I was provided tracking and assisted in any and all things I needed. This is the only place I will ever go to mail my packages from now on. I love how I’m greeted and always leave there with a huge smile on my face. You could not have picked better people to make this place of business shine. A million stars is the rating they deserve!!!
