This place was so fast and efficient and even had a small kids area for my 3 year old to go color while I took care of business. I needed to get a quick Title replacement and Regina helped me and was so extremely kind and easy to work with. She helped answer all of my questions, was super polite to me, and she made the experience so easy and pain free.

Super friendly staff. I wasn't able to get what I needed done but that was no fault of theirs. FYI, they don't accept credit cards, so make sure you have cash or a check. They do have an ATM with a $2 fee (which is reasonable).

A handicapped friendly location w handicapped parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Make sure you research what is needed to complete your transaction, and everything will go smoothly. They accept cash or checks only. They also have an ATM inside where you can withdraw money for a fee, of course. They handle vehicle registrations as well as handicapped placards(don't forget your doctors note). This location is easy to find and GPS. Parking is limited, so be patient.

Rude
Came in to pick up my plates after 2 months on back order and figured I'd ask about my title while I was here, as I've yet to receive it. One of the ladies behind the counter was very rude to me. When I asked if I could get her name, the woman who was helping me told me no, because she was one of their best workers.

I’m taking the time sitting right outside of the entrance to comment on just how atrocious the customer service is of the young blonde woman working the front desk. No name tag so I can’t drop it unfortunately, but goodness gracious, outright rude for no reason, completely slow in there in general so no rush or anything, then when the next customer comes up she’s overtly bubbly as if to prove a point that she was making sure I felt slighted. Wouldn’t consider bringing business here again with that type of service, which is a shame because the other folks seemed alright. It was just another business transaction for me until I had the unfortunate luck of interacting with that mess. Get the toxic crab apple in the back or something, good riddance.
