I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jerry and his staff! Rose went above and beyond to find me a same-day appointment and provided exceptional service. She took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the boot I purchased, making sure I understood everything. Dr. Jerry is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, carefully explaining every detail of my issue without rushing through the appointment. He truly listens and addresses all concerns. I couldn’t have asked for better care. 10/10 service—highly recommend!

My wife and son had their first appointment today with Dr Rosario. He is so kind and listens to your issues. Very gentle with sensitive feet. So happy we found a great podiatrist.

To follow up on the last response from doctors office. It obvious that this is the front desk receptionist responding not the actual doctor. First and foremost I did not come to you office an hour early. It was 10 min to 2pm so please get your facts straight. Second my elderly aunt was also coming in for more information for her self. Thirdly I am a single mother of 2 kids, and I I need to take my children with me for their safety I will take them where I go! Fourthly, your disrespect to elders is absolutely disgusting, how dare you have a sick elderly person standing in the rain 10 min to their appointment. There was no one in the office for the rudeness or even if you was on lunch. This a for of discrimination, and the only possible reason you have a #1 rating is because you only want to cater to high paying out of pocket patients. You have lost a new patient as well as a future patient! The doctor needs to reevaluate their staff!
Why delete the last review I made?! Hmm because it was the truth!

Dr. Jerry and his staff were very friendly and competent. Dr. Jerry quickly diagnosed my ankle problem and suggested treatment to heal the cause of the pain.. I am confident that I will soon be able to walk without pain. The office is also pleasantly decorated and well run.

Dr Jerry is very thorough and informative! Just completed my 3rd post op appt and things seem to be trending accordingly per the doctor and I’m satisfied with the service. Never feel rushed and I appreciate that.the staff is very professional and friendly.

This was a typical .medical office. They are very nice and accommodating. I was seen without waiting long. The doctor trimmed my toe nails and checked my feet as usual. The office was very professional and worked quickly so there was not much waiting today.
