Sabrina definitely went above and beyond for me when I cashed my check and even sold me on getting an “Expectations” Card and am so grateful for her honestly. I thought I’d never be able to send money through zelle and she made it possible for me. She’s great! That lady definitely cares for her people and the community!! Love her personality and customer service 10/10.

GREAT service! I went in to cash my check and Sabrina informed me of all their services! She even convinced me to get an xpectations plus card, helped me activate my card and got me out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will be going again!

Sabrina was very helpful, she greeted me the moment I walked in the door . I went in to pay a few bills, I was in & out expeditiously . She offered me the debit card PLS has to offer & I'm sincerely satisfied with the overall experience I had . 👍🏼 Will be coming back to this location more often.

After leaving 55th checks and cash I came to PLS but I was misinformed from the employee at the window at 55th at checks and cash because I personally didn't sign the check literally in front of her face. Heads up PLS will not cash a pre-signed check especially if it's written in Black their system cannot register a signed check until after your money is to be issued to you. Your best bet is to go to the bank that is associated with your employer's company and make sure you have two identifications available or the bank won't endorse that check either. If it's accidentally stamped you cannot cash the check and may have to get a new one issued to you because most places will not accept it although this is common in this state for someone who lives outside of State working within this state I wish I would have known all of this so I wouldn't have to worry about waiting for a check for 2months

First time here. The workers worked very fast and efficiently. They were very helpful with quote and prices. They were always with a smile on their face and very kind and lively. Thanks to Jessica and her coworkers I was able to go in and come right out very quickly and with no issues at all. 100% 5 stars well deserved. Keep up the good hard work.
