I came to Peter to file divorce. I understand the other party was difficult however, when he sent me the documents to sign it didn't have all the paperwork. It took him 6 months to mail the papers to my ex. Peter never returns phone calls or responds to emails. My ex wanted to change something. It took me calling Peter over and over for him to do it. And him trying to push to get more money instead of doing it. I would ne er refer him to be an attorney for anyone. He doesn't seem to care for his clients. My divorce was to be fairly basic we have no children, no property. Nothing between us. Easy. He never reached out to me, it was me constantly calling and emailing. I still have all the emails and unanswered calls I made in my phone. I wish I had never hired him. Waste of money and time, regardless of my ex.

I had a car accident September 2021. A lady totaled my car with my 9 month old baby in the rear. She ruined the frame of my car!!!!! He agreed to represent my family and I. We did everything that was asked of us, but it was extremely difficult to keep in touch with him! I've emailed, Facebook, text , left voicemail and I haven't heard from him in almost an entire year! So now the statue of limitations goes into play. I wasn't able to file my claim! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!! A waste of time!

Absolutely wonderful lawyer. No one wants to be involved in a family court case, but I was. I chose Mr. Neil from a list of attorneys generated by my legal insurance (if you don't have legal insurance, get it) based on the fact that he answered his own telephone and happened to be available to meet with me immediately (I can't say he's never busy, but he was free that day) and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. After hammering out the details of my case with Mr. Neil, I felt much better about my situation in the following weeks and ultimately was able to come to a solution that was best for everyone without even having to go to court. He's a straight shooter and a smart guy, and would have won. I imagine that is why the plaintiff was advised by her own attorney to settle for practically nothing that she initially demanded (and frankly could have obtained without suing me if she were equipped with any social graces, but some people have more money than sense). I had everything to lose here and I didn't lose anything thanks to him.

This attorney is awesome! I attempted to file my divorce by myself and it absolutely did not work out because I didn’t know what I was doing. I initially went to him for advice and just ended up letting him file it because he was not only very helpful but affordable! It definitely cut the time in half by using a lawyer to get a divorce and he filed it fast. It was also just a welcoming atmosphere to be in so that was a plus! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a divorce! He’s great!

It wasn’t much for him, but he still took his time and carefully explained all the details to me to help me better understand exactly what I needed to know and gave me great advice on how to move forward and negotiate.
