If you need help with removing someone from your property, I highly recommend using Pennfield Paralegal Services. They were very affordable, much cheaper than going to an Attorney at the start of the Eviction. They will do the paperwork correctly so you will not have any problems with the court. They work with very professional Servers that will service the court papers to the tenant and have very experienced Attorney's to negotiate a favorable settlement for you with the tenant and or their Attorney to make this stressful process and experience much smoother. I can't express how grateful I am with their help to finally get closure and get my property back.

These guys were fast and helped me out at a really bad time: tenant stopped paying rent for 2 months and was a major nuisance with multiple HOA violations and various stories. Guess what..he just left and I got my place back 🙂 Wooohoo

REAL WOW, OH MY GOD, AFTER COUNSELING WITH MANY TOP LANDLORD TENENT ATTORNEYS, I TOOK A CHANCE AND DECIDED TO HIRED CECILIA TO FILE EVACTION LAW suit for one of my tenant. I thought good service is long gone in this new world but Celia provided me wrong. She immediately file the case with the court, got it approved and serve the TENENT with the court paperwork. I think Cecilia from a different planet. She is honest, fast, reliable and went out of her way to make the case much easy on me. Cecilia's fee was less than 10% of the fees quoted by several top attorneys I contacted.
I will definitely ask Cecilia as an amazing paralegal for help in any future legal concern.

I just want to share the horrible experience I had with this company. There were fast on taking my money but not on providing the services. I hired them to help me with an eviction. they never provided me with any paperwork and not even with a court case number. I find out that my case was dismiss by the tenant when she told us that she had gone to court and we did not show so the case was dismiss. The only way to communicate with them is by email which I send numerous email with no response. I called the number and got a text asking if I had a question regarding and eviction and I responded yes. later we got a phone call from the owner and we told him that we were calling regarding our case he got really upset and accused us to trick him into calling us and hang up on our face. later he send a test asking us about our case and then he said that our case was dismiss because the court did not send any letter to them regarding us having to go to court. He offered for them to refiled the case but we rather let them keep our money then to continue doing business with them. Be ware. think twice before doing business. with this company.
