PCRC has been an invaluable resource for the Menlo-Atherton Community. Staff members have engaged in the daily work of teaching staff and students constructive ways to build community and resolve conflict, ultimately helping all of us develop the social-emotional skills we all need to thrive in a diverse community. PCRC has also supported our community in times of crisis, providing the staffing and expertise necessary to facilitate listening sessions for our entire staff. The staff of PCRC are empathic, supportive, and highly skilled in helping communities heal as well as develop the tools necessary to progress constructively.

Working with the City of East Palo Alto, PCRC helped to co-facilitate two community engagement sessions regarding a contentious policy item, reaching 120+ in person and 110+ virtually. They were able to create space for difficult dialogue among opposing groups, which led to specific policy changes to help advance the process after many months of stagnation. I cannot stress enough the professionalism, tact, resilience, and care with which the team does its work. Please seriously consider them for their services - they are worth it!

Seini was extremely helpful to me and my sister today. We needed to make a conflict resolution appointment to deal with some financial matters and Seini went above and beyond, to help us with a fairly urgent situation we needed to get resolved. She was so so helpful. .... I can't say enough good things about her . If you need mediation, and want to see someone who is very understanding and patient and kind, make an appointment with Seini at the conflict resolution center. Just know they are booked far in advance and it could take several weeks to get an appointment. The peninsula conflict resolution center specializes in family conflicts . My sister had found this place months ago and I am so glad she did. Thank you Seini!!! PS I want to point out that the office is located immediately to the right, as soon as you walk in from the north side of the building (if you try to enter from the south side, you may get confused, like my sister did). Just use the entrance with the big number 1670 above the door. Somehow I got confused about which entrance it was, but it was RIGHT THERE. They have big double doors. Can't miss it when you enter the building, unless you are like me and assuming it must be around the corner.
