My divorce has taken almost 3 years. We started out trying to mediate through Pascha Stevens. I walked out of mediation when Pascha was negotiating me signing over the house with zero equity being returned to me. I paid substantially less for my attorney than Pascha’s service and received way more in court than the “deal” that Pascha was proposing. I won roughly 4 times more in court than Pascha’s proposal after my attorneys costs. If you are getting a divorce save the time, effort and money and hire a good divorce attorney.

Very few people have the skill set she has which enables her to manage tense negotiations, very strong feelings in the room, often harsh words between husband and wife, and client's time management issues. She effortlessly handles very difficult conversations and challenging personalities, always keeping the process moving toward resolution. In addition to her ability to handle very difficult people and situations, her meticulous attention to detail, off-the-chart organizational skills, knowledge and understanding of the law, and her extensive mediation experience all combine to make her clients know immediately they are in very capable hands as they face a tough, emotional ordeal.
