I had a great experience with Keith and Pak Mail. They shipped my late parents' dining room table and chairs to New York State. I had arranged everything with Keith over the phone. They picked up the furniture at the storage unit where it had been stored, they packed it up, and they arranged the shipment. Everything arrived well packed on two pallets, and in great condition, about 7 days later. He was very flexible and accommodating, and friendly. The price seemed pretty reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The small sign in the window, “customer service practiced here” is not just a statement, it has shown to be a company philosophy! We have used Pakmail for two large shipments of personal belongings from Arkansas to Germany. Whether the objects were very valuable, or if the only value they had was sentimental, whether made of bone China and glass, or of metal and rock, Keith and his Team Jose´ packaged everything with thought and the utmost care. We did not know it was even possible to mail such a wide range of items. Yet Pakmail organized the shipments and logistics for us, gave an accurate price quote, completed the necessary paperwork, and did the most amazing job on packaging and custom palletizing/crating everything. They exceeded our expectations by staying in contact with us through the customs clearance, all the way until the shipments arrived in perfect condition at our doorstep. Thank you, Keith and Team Jose´! It has been a pleasure. You might be surprised what else we may come up with to have shipped.

What a find! PakMail is fantastic - helpful, knowledgeable and patient! They will pack, organize and ship your small move, antiques, art, furniture, etc when the job is too small for one of the larger van lines. A fantastic solution when you have a less than a full room of items to ship! Prices are great too!

Pak Mail on South Walton is great! I was having a lot of problems with Amazon deliveries coming to my home. I was pretty much giving up on them. Then I decided to try using Pak Mail as an Amazon Hub and I've never had a problem again! The staff is friendly, my packages are safe, and it's convenient. They hold them for three days. Handicap accessible.

So we had to send back my mother-in-law's treasured belongings to her family as momentos and keepsakes in Arizona. The items needed to be cared for and safely transported. One item in particular was a lamp that contained glass enclosed butterflies and a large shade. It had been in the family for decades. One family member really wanted it and we had to send it from Bella Vista to Arizona. Arrived at Pak Mail and discuss everything with Keith the owner. All I can say is WOWZERS!
Keith puts so much time and attention and care into the safe transportation of this treasured heirloom that you thought he was sending his prize possession to one of his family members.
All that to say we were highly impressed with the efforts and thoughtfulness that went into a complete and safe journey for these precious treasures to family members across the states. Thanks Keith, nice job!

People that work there are always nice. I love getting packages there instead of worrying about them being outside in weather. I have had them ship several things and every thing arrived in perfect condition. Only improvement would be, being able to pick up packages all day Saturday. But I knew about that before I rented but from them.
