A couple weeks ago I was moving to a different state and I decided to ship my computer and 3 large monitors to my new address because I wasnt able to fit them in my car. Luckily I packed my computer myself and ensured it was securely packed. I brought my monitors and computer (packed) in and the employees assured be that they would be able to secure everything very well and make sure nothing was likely to get damaged in the process of shipping. I felt good about it because they said they would extra wrap them and make sure they were labeled as fragile. When i received the package a week later, the large box had no fragile stickers, and was in terrible condition. When i opened it, all of the monitors and the HARD monitor stands were just hardly wrapped with 1 layer of thin bubble wrap and thrown into the box with absolutely no way for them to be secured in place. Everything was fully able to just knock around and crash into the ground or anything else that was in the box. Needless to say, 2 of the 3 monitors are completely shattered and unusable, the 3rd one is scratched up, but not unusable. Overall the worst packaging job I have ever seen for something that was clearly very valuable. Whoever packed this should not be packaging fragile items anymore. If you're looking to ship fragile items, i would definitely go elsewhere.

I have been trying to ship a multi-piece oversized package via Fedex for weeks and couldn't find any solutions for boxing it. I called Fedex in Denton and they were rude and not helpful at all. I almost gave up on this deal but luckily I called here and had the BEST help from the guy that answered the phone! He discussed the appropriate solution and was a huge life saver!!

I started a small resale business and I stumbled onto this place over by my house. Pack ‘n’ Mail has been a huge convenience in being my shipping solution. The staff is great and provides shipping solutions even if they don’t have it in there store. Tania has primarily helped me when I have been in, and has been great to work with!

Best customer service! I visit regularly and the staff is always so kind, polite ,and accommodating - consistently! I don't think I've ever seen anyone having a bad day in there. They are always super helpful. So grateful for the Pack N Mail team in Bartonville!

I have been to Pack 'n' Mail multiple times and always have a great experience! The whole staff is great and welcoming when I come in. I work primarily with Tania who is always wonderful and knows exactly what I need to do when I walk in! Having such great service makes it a quick and easy experience! I have a location closer to my house but always go to this one to work with such a great staff! Thanks!!

I stopped by the Pack N Mail earlier this week and I had several dozen packages to be shipped out. As I was bringing in the boxes, Tania started to help with unloading the packages from my car. The customer service has always been great, but Tania took it to another level.
