I had to ship some important documents that had to arrive at destination within 10 days. With international shipping, most options are going to be a higher expense than domestic shipping, but that is to be expected. I had previously sent documents via both DHL and UPS. The UPS is typically cheaper, but my last and only experience shipping internationally with UPS was an absolute headache. My experience shipping with DHL was much better. I stopped by Pack N Mail since it was conveniently close and on route for my other errands. Julie gave me good insight as to the merits of shipping using DHL even though it would be a bit higher expense. I opted to go with her recommendation and I was pleased that the documents arrived as scheduled and thanks to Julie's detailed instructions on the mailing label, the recipient was notified of package arrival and had no issues in picking up the package. The communication was top notch, which made this experience pleasant. Even though the expense was higher by about $100 when I compared the cost of shipping with DHL versus the cost of an earlier shipment using UPS, that earlier UPS package sent from a UPS Store location ended up costing me more than that in international phone charges to track marrying up the shipment with the recipient. As such, I would recommend utilizing Pack N Mail for your shipping needs and they also offer notary public services for those who need that for documents.

Went in to ship 2 separate packages. One DHL which was paid for. And one return package that I needed the label printed out for. The gentleman took care of both items with care and even taped up my package again because the bottom seam wasn't very secure.

I like to support local business when possible, but this place is brutal. The husband/wife team who own and operate this facility are very rude. They make you feel like you’re bothering them when you enter the store. Also, the woman is always on the phone and pays no attention to her customers. I’m shocked they are still in business. Rent must be cheap in that run-down strip mall.
