I moved to Oklahoma from Arizona and one of my biggest challenges was finding a realtor who was willing to work with someone remotely. I was ghosted by 3-4 realtors before I met Mike. I was able to sell my home in Arizona, and close on my house in Oklahoma the same day, and essentially move right in. I have no doubt that it was largely in part because of Mike and how much effort he put into moving things along. It almost seemed unreal how well the timing was.

Mike set up numerous appointments with contractors and exterminators, inspectors, and was there at the house in my place to make sure everything was being repaired/addressed to the specifications of our purchasing agreement.

Upon arriving, Mike took me into town to purchase a vehicle (sold mine before we moved) and some essentials, like a bed. He also brought me to the title agency to pick up some paper work, and showed me around a bit.

Of course, it doesn't stop there. For several weeks after moving in, Mike helped me find reliable contractors to fix some of the various things that the house needed. Some plumbing work, electrical, driveway repair, fencing, and so on.

As stressful as buying/selling/moving is, I was confident in the whole process because I knew Mike was taking care of me. I don't think anyone could have made this entire process more smooth than Mike did and I can't recommend him enough.
