Called and left three messages (two on answering machine 02/28/2025 and one with an employee 03/03/2025.). Finally received a call back on Tuesday, 03/04/2025.). Was told a service person would be out the next day (03/05/2025) between 10AM and 2:00 PM. (NO SHOW). Today is 03/06/2025 and it’s 12:50 PM; we still have not seen nor heard from the service person nor the office. I am giving them a one as there was nothing less than a one star. If they were not able to come a call to let us know they were busy and give us another day/time they would come.would have been more professional than not showing up and leave us waiting for them.
This Friday, 03/07/2025 and we still have not heard from Verge! Thanks for Nothing!

Brooks and Chandler were very professional very informative , explained everything to me before they did the work. This was a home warranty deal and Chandler got on the phone and dealt with the warranty company and got everything approved. The work was done quickly. The garage doors open and close with almost no noise at all ! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs garage door work.

Thomas S. did a great job fixing our garage door. He worked late on Friday to help us. After replacing rollers and adjusting tracks he installed a new motor and replaced the weatherstripping to ensure many more years of service for our garage door. He also programmed our cars and disposed of the old parts for us. We are very happy with Verge’s customer service!
