Driving through VA and I was stopped. Time passed and I was just too late to admit guilt and pay the fine. So 4pm the day before I would need to appear in court if I didn't admit guilt and 7 hours away, I was panicking. I called in to their office where I spoke to a kind woman who listened and assured me that I would be getting a call back soon. Not too much later I was called by a kind man who listened to my panic and responded something to the effect of, "Oh I hope you aren't panicking over this.. this is nothing. I'll have this handled." I was smiling and relieved by the end of the conversation. He asked me a few questions. Was very prompt over emails and the next thing I know my tickets were handled.
