Parking is street or around the corner in a side lot. Inside the library is beautiful. Front desk is very helpful and kind. There is lots of areas to play in the children's section as well for those looking to take kids. OH! ...and there is comfy black chairs for parents to sit back while kids explore in almost all the play areas.

Parking at the library is difficult not many parking spaces and not clean at all. Plus their bathrooms are nasty as heck. They smell horrible and need to be checked on regularly and sprayed with air freshener regularly as well. Otherwise the library is nice but certain things could be improved upon and better.

Staff is rude and miserable! They treat everyone like they are addicts. Also close 15 minutes before hand which makes no sense. If you don’t like your job or hate yourself quite! It’s that simple. Why on a school night are you closing at 2pm?

The inside of the Library is wonderful, but there is only a few street-side parking spaces.
We parked in back of the building and had to walk around. During the day it was just dirty, wouldn't want to be there when the Sun went down.

Otis Library offers one-of-a-kind services to all ages, all walks of life. I love that they have such a great variety of books, tapes, cds and programs for people with all types of interests. I have been fortunate to take many of these programs and also to teach gardening programs, both virtual and in-person. The staff is a always friendly, a true delight to work with.

I have been going to this library for most of my life. As a child I spent some of my happiest moments there. They continue to be sensitive to the needs of the community, even as those needs have changed significantly over the years. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Oh and they have great books (among other things)!

Not an easy place to find parking for. I go to use the research room and microfiche newspapers. Computers are usually available. Library employees have basic skills and try hard. Programs for adults and children are minimal. Surrounding towns have much better options available. Covid is the excuse used to cover lack of imagination. Great possibilities though.
