Brought my dad here to cash a check after junking one of our cars. The tow company banks with old second. Teller has us come inside and let's us know about the fee for us not banking with them, whatever. We see them scan the check, but then tells us they can't do it because of his ID. Literally had his ID from the start, we provided it at the drive up. He signs check to me to cash at Chase where I bank instead. Chase has no issues, just needs them to cancel the endorsement. Go back to be told they don't know what that means and that they don't see it in their system. Manager offers to pen over the endorsement? Anyone could do that dude. Go to the Aurora branch that says they understand the issue and that we could either have it voided by the tow company or come back and they'll fix it the next day since they were closing. Decided to go to the tow company because now the check has both our signatures and this branches endorsement, pretty much useless now and looks like fraud. Tow company finally charged us $25 to cancel the check and get paid cash. Clearly the check was in the system then if the tow company could actually help cancel it? Wasted a day and lost $25 just for this branches screw up. Do not recommend

I went in to get some help with my accounts. Scott McCauley was the person who assisted us. I wanted to write a review to mention how lovely he was. He was very kind and helpful in the multiple things we asked of him. Definitely would recommend to getting his help if you ever need assistance. It was a great experience.

Quite possibly one of the most incompetent banking systems (staffed with VERY non-helpful employees) I have EVER done business with - in my life!! If I could give them less than 1 star... I definitely would.

This is the worst old second around. I've been to absolutely every single one and this is the absolute worst. I've been with old second for over 28 years and I've never been more profiled in my life. Went for change, a few dollars and asked for my ID. For a few dollars? Not only that, the worst part is watching this wanna be blond with a bun heavy set lady scroll through all my accounts. Let me remind you, I do have a business account as well. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting. Same lady a few weeks ago I had $80 in cash depositing into my son's account , who is in college and she had the the nerves to ask where did I get the $80 from. Enough is enough. To all, please make the trip to either N. Aurora or Orchard in Aurora and speak with Nick, branch manager. He will for sure never ever treat you like this nor any of his employees.
