Peter came highly recommended from our realtor. We recently and finally closed on a new construction home and worked with the most difficult selling team and Peter was not only the kindest hearted advocate for my husband and I, his expertise and strong communication skills had us feeling beyond lucky in the most stressful time of our lives.

Peter sat with us the day of our closing and and advised us not to close as he explained the legal concerns if we do. He patiently awaited for a reschedule for our closing and walked us through every step for a successful closure.
