Dropped a huge retainer and we have not had a single filing completed in time for my family’s case with Leslie Gilberston specifically. Communication is massively lacking. I’m charged for every time I email or call for an update that I don’t get. Be wary when they say they have the capacity for your case and expect to be your own advocate with the courts if you choose this firm, especially if it is family law.

I would NEVER recommend using Leslie Gilbertson!
The communication with her and her assistant was terrible, taking over a week to respond to an email and never available to take a call or wouldn't return a message.
It took over 4 months for her to file court documents. All background checks required, were done before coming to her, all she had to do was file the paperwork. Poor follow up on service filed, delaying yet again.
It took her 3 months to even touch the case, each time I inquired on the progress, I was told she was in court. I should have been informed upon hiring her, that she was backed up, I would have chosen another attorney.
I should have listened to her bad reviews, I often read them and take them as a grain of salt, lesson learned!

Victoria was our GAL for over two years during our custody battle.
She did not do her research, and was very unorganized in court when testifying. She could not remember most questions when asked because she did not keep accurate notes.
She NEVER did a home visit or inspection of where my children were residing, just took my exes word how his home. His home was horrendous, my kids claimed. His lawn was four ft high even! However Victoria would not know this since she never even did a home check!!
She never asked for a mental evaluation of my ex even though he previously had been in a psych ward and tried admitting himself again during the separation. She just took his word for it again.
My ex is mentally unstable, and claimed many things about me during this battle. Victoria took his word for most things.
She never got accurate medication lists that he was on, nor requested them.
She would not reply to many of my emails and just ignore them.
In court she testifies that she never received many emails.
This place takes all the money they can and sides with the bread winner to assure payment instead of doing their duty for these children
Victoria Never took any of my concerns about my ex seriously. She never got a copy of his mental evaluation, even when I told her it says he has abnormal sexual tendencies ect. She blew everything off.Apparently being really bipolar, depressed, anger problems, psych stays, along with Sexual deviancy does not concern Victoria. I told Victoria my children had told me dad was acting weird, watching my daughter get dressed and hiding outside their rooms. Victoria Never even spoke to my children about the issues I informed her of. She did not even Respond to my email

Victoria is out for a paycheck, and she should be ashamed of her negligence.God forbid that my Ex ever harms my children or abuses them. I am sick to my stomach about the way Victoria handled this case. Complete neglect. Apparently the stay at home mother get much of a say, when the father is a city fire chief and is footing her pay check.

I met Andre Lang in 2016 and he has been my attorney ever since.
He was able to get my ex to sign a parenting plan in 2016 and has supported me and my little one in parenting matters ever since.
He is a class act and does not lower himself even when confronted with extremely difficult opposing council.
I would recommend him and his team to anyoneneeding a family law attorney.

It was an extremely emotional and exhausting time for me, but it was comforting to start off the attorney/client relationship knowing that your attorney "genuinely" cares about their clients from the very beginning. This is exactly what I got from Andre right from the start.

I would definitely recommend Nunn, Lang & Phan. I simply could not have gotten through the lowest of lows without Andre being right there assuring me, being transparent, and making certain I knew what to expect from start to finish.

In my opinion they have no conscience! They were given a retainer in 2020 to help with an adoption process.The adoption process was never completed. I then asked to return the money, after separating from my wife. They told me" I had no rights to the money."
When divorce papers showed up in there name. I realized at that moment, why I had no rights to the money.

These attorneys WILL NOT look out for your best interest! They're there for a easy paycheck and will not fight for you or your families best interests. Honestly should be criminal to allow "attorneys" like this to practice law. Charged me $600 to drop my case that another phenomenal lawyer won without much effort. No thanks to the huge hole this crummy law firm dug me into before dropping me and charging me to quit. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies. Especially Leslie Gilbert she will show up to court looking haggard, wont stand up for you and will charge you when she can for anything and everything. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY THOUSANDS, TRUST ME!
