Neda has assisted me with two real estate transactions. The first was unsuccessful. The seller’s attorney was incredibly unprofessional, but Neda dealt with the situation with utmost professionalism. The second was successful and I love my new home, but the seller’s attorney and the title company were both difficult. Neda handled each with tenacity and finesse. In communication with me she assured me that, while frustrating, nothing was too far out of the ordinary in the world of real estate closings.
