Notary Assist is an absolutely amazing accounting/tracking system. I was only using it superficially, and then went to the more current YouTube interviews and tutorials with Sue Hope, and learned so much more. I encourage anyone who is using the system to do the deep dive and find out all of the nooks and crannies in the system that are actually easily accessible in order to get the full benefits that are offered. After viewing a YouTubes, I still had a few questions and I contacted Sue. She called me back to thoroughly go over details. Her customer service is unbeatable! The owner, Sue, recently hosted a RONA webinar. She is incredibly kind and down to earth. She gave a demo of Notary Assist which is so detailed. With over 20 years of notary experience, she truly knows what notaries need to keep their business organized. I love how detailed the software is, especially with expenses (even breaking down different types of loans and side gigs). It's so overwhelming getting your business started and this looks like it will keep me organized and focused!
