Due my hectic schedule she was able to meet me at my location of choice I highly recommend her as going through a divorce is not easy, she notarized a Consent To Travel for my children and coordinated signings with my childrens father and myself. She really did made it easy and stress free.

I went in for notary services and received that and more. Not only was she thorough she was helpful to me in other areas of business. As a treat you also receive a free bar of her hand made soap, I chose the charcoal for my daughter and let me tell you she has really liked the results of it.

I am working on a rather difficult trust and needed probate documents regarding a named beneficiary from Kern County dating back to 1975. I had a hard time finding someone to do the document retrieval for me; either they were extremely high priced or could not do right away. Ms. Landa was a pleasure to work with. She kept me updated on a regular basis (documents had to be obtained from the archives) and was she was reasonably priced. I will definitely utilize her services again if I need research in Kern County.

I called this lady up today looking for a Susan with another last name and she hung up on me to which I had to call back again to ask her if she is the Susan I was looking for and she said no it's the wrong last name with a rude voice. Not much of customer service if you ask me.

I did not receive services from this business. I did all this place for information, the lady that answered was rude and unprofessional. I had questions that may have sounded dumb to her but I needed more information, there was a long pause after I asked my question. I wanted to hang up but I continued asking my questions, she was short and unprofessional and suggested I call other places. Thank you ma’am, I will do that and give them my business as well
