I want to give a shout out to Dayna, a customer service rep at Notary Rotary. She provided amazing customer service related to my recent order. She reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could provide a specific model stamp that NR no longer carries and located the item code for the insert to my embosser. She was able to add the insert to my order so I was able to do a one-stop shop for all my commission renewal bond and supplies. Great service!

I took the class online. It was cool as a new notary coming in things are not always posted visually so you have to ask questions. Asking questions seems to be a problem with their online organization.
First I finished the regular class and then took the loan signing class. I merely asked the question of does loan signing agent need to be printed on my seal and the man that responded had an attitude. This was the first issue.
Now fast forward to almost two years later. I recently changed my last name and needed to amend my bond. I have been calling and emailing for the last 2 weeks. Someone finally contacted me 5/3/23 asking for the new paperwork. She also stated she would get my bond done. Well here we are another 2 day later and still no bond no update after another email and phone call that constantly goes to voicemail. My paperwork is due Monday and guess what I can’t submit it because of a company not returning calls or emails. I had to purchase another bond from a different company just to try and get my stuff in on time. Not to mention I had to refer 6 clients to someone else because of this. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone if my life depended on it.

👎customer service. I've been paying for a notary membership for this company for over 10 years, and this last year has been a bad experience with their customer service representatives. Not sure if the membership is worth it anymore
