A few months ago I was arrested on a Felony FTA fully believing I was going to trial for my original case (class Y) from six years ago. During those six years I went through many public defenders that I couldn't even get to answer the phone or call back so I rarely new what was going on with my case and it seemed all hope was lost. Her name was Victoria. This person is a true miracle worker and I don’t think I can explain how much she helped me. She immediately got on my case and anything I didn’t know she taught me and made sure I understood every aspect of what was going on and I wasn’t left clueless running all the horrifying possibilities through my mind. I was set for trial in October, she got my charge dropped to a class D and got me a plead deal for 5 years of probation in September. This woman saved me and gave me a second chance at a normal life which is all I've needed since I caught this charge when I was 18. She was reassuring, she was always smiling and open to listen to my thoughts or ideas, and just a overall genuinely smart person with a huge heart.
