I’m in my 70s and over the years have had to hire attorneys/law firms for various things. I was being victimized by a predatory lawsuit when my attorneys dissolved their law practice on the 11th hour of the litigation due to a serious health problem. I was referred to Scott Cohen/North Bay Justice by a friend and he stepped in, cleaned up the mess the other law firm had left, and literally saved me from financial ruin. Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable, always focused on achieving the best outcome for his clients, honest and trustworthy (unlike most). He is aggressive, an outstanding trial attorney and garners judicial respect. I recommend him to anyone looking for legal help.

Scott was great. He’s great at what he does. He kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. Because of him, as our attorney, we were able to concentrate on my husband’s recovery. Scott Cohen took me and my wife's case over 3 years ago and never got back to us. He told us we would get our deposit back from our landlord. Said to wait and wait and wait. Then my wife had a bogus purse selling case, which got dropped, and scott said we should wait because it wouldn't look good on us if we went to court. I wrote a bad review on here about him before, he called my wife and told her to tell me to take it down or he wouldn't represent us at all. This guy is either crooked as a 3 dollar bill or he just doesn't know what he's doing. Wasted our time and now we definitely lost out on all the money we were supposed to get back that he promised. Garbage. Beware
