We are a transportation company based out of Texas & we ran into an issue where a broker went ahead by adding our company name under Go Highway platform for double brokering. It was a incorrect remark & we gave all documents proving the same. The broker did not want to remove the remark & that was hurting our business. We were referred to Carl Nicolas & we explained them the situation & he helped us out in removing the DB post under our company.

Carl was our lawyer when we purchased our condo. He was unresponsive and unprofessional. At some point his email system got hacked and we were getting emails from his email address and his paralegal's email address telling us to send our down payment to the hacker. We also asked him to never send us documents with our SSNs over email, but he did, so I'm sure the hacker has all our info. Carl never apologized or even acted like any of it was a big deal. Couldn't recommend Carl less.

I reached out to them on Memorial Day weekend along with about 9 other attorneys. I wasn’t expecting anyone to return my call the same day. Needless to say- He was the only attorney that did. Thank God! I guess he sense the emotions in my email and called me right away. A close family member of mine was dealing with a felony charge that could quite possibly ruin their lives . He was very realistic with what the process, all while showing extreme compassion. He answered all my questions and even followed up with me the next business day.

He was able to get chargers dropped!! My family and I appreciate this firm. And would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate law firm with integrity.

RUN..complete disreguard for professionalism, the lack of communication and honesty, their egreagious ineptitude towards resolving issues, leads to a bunch of diceitful individuals. Very shady falsly guarntees results and to no avail there were no results. Unprofessionlism at its finest, inadequate, second-rate Logistics laywers third party work takes your money NO RESULTS.
