Tom Nicholson is an awesome atty. He has assisted me several times. Unconventional? Maybe and very honest. Ill consult with him again this week. I wouldnt ever hesitate to use Nicholson. Bad reviews are by people who whine. Tom believes in peoples rights. I consider him a friend who wont rip me off.

Share an experience let me see.. where should I start should I start with the fact that when I had this attorney as a public defender him and my feonse at the time were seeing each other and after he talked me into a plea and I was in jail they got married. But divorced two years later. They managed to hide the marriage through a hindi wedding but the divorce was sure as hell public. This is malpractice. Conflict of interest and my case that has plagued my life would have been thrown out of court. So what kind of an attorney do you think this is... One you would trust to have your back in court? He's a darn good attorney yea.

It saddens me to see the 1 Star reviews, Tom is a great Attorney, he has done alot for us not just on a personal side but also on a business side as well and always gives his best. We have sent several friends to Tom and he has done them great as well, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to have Tom help with anything.
