Did not show up to hearing when we talked with trustee.Trustee called Niblock no answer. We went forth with Chapter 13. He, claimed his calendar was not updated. Does not anwer email or phone calls from us. We have been harrased by phone calls and emails and no lawyer to help. The worst ever. We were told at the meeting with Greg Niblock our chapter 13 was 3 years. We signed and at theTrustee meeting it changed to 5 years. Of course Creig was not where to be found. Today 6/26/2024 we received a notice from the court Creigh Niblock resinged as our lawyer. Thank God.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Brittney Yarbrough was awesome!! she explained everything that was going to happen and was very patient while doing so. I had several questions and she answered them all with a smile!! I will definitely refer Niblock law offices to my friends & family!!!
