I had a very high $ item I needed to ship and insure. They offered the best insurance price and the owner even helped me wrap and take pics as we did just in case. They went above and beyond and we're still my cheapest option!! So incredibly helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

This family and veteran ran business is so convenient and efficient. I quickly became a regular for all my mail and shipping needs. No waiting in long lines and you can’t beat the competitive prices. They even notarize our marriage license for less than $10! So amazing and such kind people here. 10/10 recommend.

Really weird experience here. I arrived for an 11:00 fingerprint appointment at 10:48. The lady working asked if she could help me, I told her why I was there, then she said, "I have a 10:15 in front of you." Mind you, it was just me and her in the store, no one else appeared to be there.
Me: "A 10:15 in front of me. Its 10:48?"
Her: "Yes."
Me: "Well then what time should I come back?"
Her: "11"
Me: "Ok, whatever, I guess I'll be back in a few."
I went and sat in my car, in the 100-degree heat and waited till 10:55, at which point I went back in, to find her and her 10:15 there chatting at the fingerprint machine.
10:15 lady: "You can go ahead and get him."
Her: "No he's here for the same thing, he can wait."

They start chatting about babies and such, it becomes apparent 10:15 lady is her friend. Ah, ok. Got it.

They wrap up, she takes my fingerprints, the job gets done, even though I could have been in and out before 10:15 lady even arrived for her appointment at 10:55. I'm a healthy person so sitting in my car for 7 minutes was more of an annoyance than anything else, but I hope she wouldn't do this to an elderly person or someone who can't handle the heat.

If you're a veteran and want to be treated like you're at a government office with really weird encounters, malicious compliance, and preferential treatment for friends and such, this is your place. I prefer to be treated by a private business like they want and need my business, so I'll go to a different place in the future.

Terrible customer service. We were getting an I-9 verification and I suggested to my daughter to double check that she entered her SSN correctly. The lady basically shushed me from talking to my daughter (who just turned 18 and asked me to come with her). My daughter then asked me a question about her birth certificate and the lady shushed me again. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but we entered the store and said good morning and patiently waited for assistance (and we had an appointment). We won’t be going back.
