Shouldn't separates dmv and tax two different locations. they do mess up my info. I went to dmv for return plates and info about my car damage by hit deer last on Nov 2017. They know my car send to junkie proof a form paper. One year later, they tax office send me billing over 425.55 dollar. they didnt contact dmv yet. They are wrong do working isnt good service. U should contact to dmv. Because they have my info. Why tax office separates dmv they are wrong. Most other states dmv with tax in one office. I didnt know about this Connecticut service separates locations. Not my fault. Isnt good service in Connecticut. I want u send me go to court because they dont have interpreter for me I'm deaf.
