This law firm will keep you on a “hook” by exchanging emails quickly and offering support. We exchanged about five emails over one month. Yet, when it comes to finally making an appointment with family member and friends they will ghost you. No replies to three emails in month two. They won’t answer the family friend and they won’t answer the family member. I don’t believe in giving 1 star as a review but this is the closest I have gotten to breaking that rule. It’s rude and crushing to family members craving answers and resources that were initially offered and then not followed upon without a reason given in written or verbal form. Buyer beware.
