I had the misfortune of seeking legal assistance from Joe (Nery & Richardson)and it was a complete nightmare. After meeting with the lawyer and discussing my case, I was assured that they would help me and that I could rely on their expertise. However, after leaving their office, I never heard back from them. I called numerous times, left messages, and even sent emails, but to no avail. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Nery & Richardson and their office is appalling. It is clear that they have no regard for their clients and their legal obligations.
