We would like to thank the Near North Title Group in Oswego for making multiple mistakes in our home closing last week. Rather than calling our real estate agent or lawyer they instead called us and just left a message on one of our phones stating we owe them due to their mistakes. People pay professional companies thousands of dollars to handle the details of home selling, you expect professional service.
Apparently this is a common thing as they wrote it off as a few simple mistakes.
To hard to say “we’re sorry” so I doubt they’ll refund us the postage to send them a check for their mistakes.
It’s really a shame what is happening to supposedly good companies.
They just don’t care about you, just your $$.

“I’m sorry” is not in their budget I guess.

Sorry I had to leave this review and hope your experience with them is more pleasant.

This was a LONG process, again Covid gets the blame. I have no clues as to why. It's a PANDEMIC, maybe staffing issues.. I do know that I gave all that was asked of me, several times over. I'm happy it's done.
