Incredibly frustrating experience. I placed an order and ensured my certificate was uploaded. They email me asking for information, but it's not clear what information they actually want. I immediately reply, but they ignore me. I reach out again. Then I call them and spend over half an hour on the phone only for them to say that even though I uploaded my certificate, I needed to also email it to them. I explain that I did email asking what was needed, and I'm told that if my email didn't include my certificate, they wouldn't even reply. So, they've not been working on my order this entire time, and just decided not to respond. Then, they decide to stop offering electronic notary stamps for my state completely, not a week after I ordered. Such a waste of time.

I have a complaint!! Mr. James Berrys' style of customer service is not everywhere! He was super helpful and informative and a class act in general! To get that level of service was worth my (almost 2 hr) drive! Thank you again sir!

I just got done attending the review and exam process and I am greatly pleased. All of the staff were very professional and excited be there which made the process that more enjoyable.

The instructor for the practice review seemed to have an unmatched passion for her work. I am disappointed that the practice review will be discontinued as this was extremely helpful in the testing process as I was already cramming but to know that I could sit down with a live instructor on the same day was phenomenal.
