I cannot thank Timothy Nance enough for the incredible work he did on my cases. The first time, he helped me get a UUW (Class 2 Felony) charge reduced to a simple misdemeanor, which was a huge relief. Bad lawyer, I swerved 20 months ,for an aggravated battery, in cook county because he was incompetent and couldn’t get me a bond. When I told him about the covid emergency bond hearings he told me “don’t tell me what to do” then told me “you need me more then I need you” (I believe alcohol was a factor here from constant slurring) . Welp he was wrong fired him got a new attorney, and got bond 3 months later because he was refusing to hand over my discovery to the new attorney. Got my case completely thrown out and now have my own place.
