One of the best CPA firms to work with. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They explain their clients the work in a best way possible. The firm also takes initiative to make sure that the appropriate training is given the staff and all staff members always give more than one hundred percent.

No communication at all - calls, emails, messages all unanswered. Topped with late filings, overcharging, and when I paid a different accountant to audit their work that accountant saved me thousands that they missed.

Edit because I can't respond to the business's comment - funny that they tell me to call them when my review explicitly mentions them not responding to calls or message. Guess what? I tried calling to follow up and no one answered. I left a message and I've yet to hear back. The lack of awareness and communication from them is astounding.
