This law firm ,is beyond amazing .Vin and Mike take care of my real estate issues with no problem.On the criminal cases they take care of anyone who i referred,Vin is very straight forward, no bs and let's you know your options.Everyone i have referred have been beyond pleased.Anyone that leaves a bad review don't understand how the law works and what an lawyer or attorney can do.I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I have closed 2 houses with them and it was fine until then. Recently I have found some issues with the house I just bought and wanted to consult with the attorney. They gave me time and date to call me back but never received any call. It’s been a month i have been keep emailing to get an appointment but they are not responding. I was about to consider to use the same attorney to sell my older house, but changed my mind and moved to a different attorney. I would not recommend this law firm anymore.

My husband and I had a sell and buy situation as you can imagine there are a lot of moving parts and additional parties included. The ladies in office (Dawn and Michelle) made this process as seamless as possible and did a great job working as a team with our lender and realtor! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience even with the unforeseen bumps in the road with our title being cleared! We were engaged and informed every step of the way and they did not hesitate to extend their knowledge and offer clarity in situations where things seemed as clear as mud! Great Job!

Carolyn and Michelle helped me through the entire assumption process and never failed to assist me when I needed it or had any questions. Attorney Futtner and her team (Michelle and Dawn) were terrific through the entire process of our closing. Even with a few unavoidable bumps in the road, they kept us informed and were always prompt in answering questions and concerns. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately would not recommend. Vince has been great in the past for family members of mine, so I thought he'd be perfect to recommend to my partner regarding a legal matter. I was wrong, and looked like a fool for speaking highly of him. Both times appointments were made, the office called to cancel due to "scheduling conflicts" the day of with very little notice. We get that things come up, but two cancelations and no return call to "reschedule" as addressed in their voicemail is unprofessional and bothersome when you're trying to get legal matters handled in a timely fashion. If you're a new client considering, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

They received our paperwork late and didn't have time to thoroughly look threw it. There were some forms missing my name on them. Carolyn was willing to stay late to ensure I didn't need to come back the next day. I was very happy with their willingness to work with us
