Up until last tax year everything was fantastic. I can't tell you how disappointed I am at how my 77 year old Mother who is a Widow was treated. I referred her and she was hung up on during her phone call today because she stated her disappointment that february 21, 2025 her documents were sent and not completed until last week. Hopefully, things get better your business not sure where the breakdown in communication came in. But , looking back at all the chats and uploaded information it was not on our part. We will just find another professional to work with.
