Wes helped us negotiate a real estate transaction as buyers. His strategy for our offer less a 2.5% buyer's commission was to present as how much extra the seller's would be rebated. It worked! We went in contract (in a zip code where most homes were closing 5% over ask) under ask. He was available and provided helpful insight and guidance throughout the process. We will absolutely use the firm again.

I highly recommend Wes MacMahon. I found him to be a very reliable attorney in terms of handling real-estate disputes. Even though I reached out a day before closing on a home buying deal - he moved so quickly and was available multiple times during the day to take my calls. I am not an easy customer by any means, I ask a lot of questions and I incessantly debate alternatives. Wes was patient and didn’t spare any effort to educate me while also listening to my concerns. Eventually we came up with a legal strategy that made both sides of the dispute resolve things amicably. Wes drafted a well written addendum to the sales and purchase agreement that assuaged all my concerns.
