Emilio is an attorney who is able to communicate clearly with his clients from the initial consultation to the final moments of the case closing. Whereas other attorneys may not be as inclined to assure a positive outcome, Emilio was reassuring from the initial consultation. Despite the fact that the outcome itself was not a best case scenario of a dismissal or even a lowered offense, Emilio proved his experience as a long-standing attorney in the Chicagoland area and provided clear, concise advisory along the way.

Once again today I had court for a traffic stop(moving violation) and Mr. Moretti did an amazing job couldn’t ask for a better text this morning “case dismissed” I didn’t even have to take the day of work. I moved from Illinois last year and went to get a drivers license in South Carolina. I was told Illinois had a hold on my license. I attempted to resolve it with both the Cook County Clerk and the Secretary of State to no avail. Illinois continued to allow me to renew my license since then with no issue. I reached out to Emilio Morretti for assistance. He came through in a big way. Turns out they were two fail to appear traffic tickets from 1984. They are not even on the Cook County system anymore as they were so old. After several calls and visits to both he was able to get before a judge to get them dismissed and Illinois removed the hold. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend Emilio for any legal issues you may have.

Mr. Moretti is gentlemen and extremely professional that cares about helping in any matter you would like to resolve. I had my father that did not Speak English, he immediately reassured me he would fix his traffic citation due to an accident he had. Mr. Moretti was very understanding as he told me his father also spoke very little English. Extremely responsive and texts/calls you from his personal phone number. He completely resolved the matter. With the court dismissing the citation/ticket and avoiding this accident going to the insurance. This absolutely prevented my father's insurance rates from being hiked. Thank you Mr. Moretti you have a customer going forward keep up the good work!!!!!!!
