If you are looking for a company who can assistance you in helping someone apply for ALTCS, this company is great! The answer for folks not too familiar with these types of documents.
My elderly mother had Montgomery and Associates draw up all her death-related paperwork a few years ago. It included every type of document I would need to handle her hospitalization and then her estate. While my mother was still alive she and i both had questions about a few things. All of the people at Montgomery took the time to answer, in language we could understand, all of our questions. They gave us both a written copy of all the paperwork and a USB flash drive. Upon my mother's death several years later, if I didn't understand exactly what a lawyer or title agent was asking for, one of their employees still worked with me. They were so much more helpful than the attorney I hired to finish things up that i wished I could have worked only with them.
