John and Pat are a spectacular duo worth a mention.

First of all, I called the law office of John Montero in a moment of desperation. I was a sobbing mess and it was unfortunately a regular occurrence until I made the call to his office.

I was stunned that Pat listened to me completely a mess on the phone and made a way for John to take my case even though they were extremely busy. She understood the urgency in my voice to get things done and they took my case and went to work right away.

Not only that, she even had enough compassion to work within my budget. They offer affordable price points for everyone. My first court case John was with me and I felt instantly at ease. The outcome was unheard of and I got a 5 year restraining order granted right off the bat.

John’s brilliant strategy and knowledge definitely paid off and I saw instant results in the first court date. I am extremely satisfied this the service and how compassionate their team is.

Pat and John lack a care for their current customers paid them over 3500 for my divorce filing they made several mistakes on the packet in which they kept charging me to re-file the packets only file them wrong again. After they urged me that my case was going to be super simple. I had to call the county courts on my own behalf to check status on my default packet. They haven’t returned my calls or answered my calls in literally over 6 months my divorce is still not done and now I have to hire another attorney. I strongly advise not using these people.

He knows what he's doing. If you are in the right, he's the right guy. Work with him and he'll work with you and explain the process every step of the way. His assistant, Pat, is a great person. If I could, I would give The John Montero Law firm ALL THE STARS! John and Pat helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. My estranged husband (with the help of a 6 year old court order) basically kidnapped our special needs daughter from my home. I was advised that Custody is rarely over turned in Ex parte hearings but because of John’s quick action & expertise, my daughter was returned to my care and custody 3 DAYS after I hired John & Pat.
