My father hired this man to prepare his will. My father died yesterday. I called this office today to ask for advice as to what the next steps would be. After three calls, I still couldn't get thirty seconds of his time, and his assistant hung up on me. I assumed we had been disconnected, but when I called back he assured me that no, he had intentionally hung up on me.
