Missouri Process Serving has repeatedly accomplished what the Sheriff could not. I have found their effort to strive for perfection is close to 100% satisfaction as could be. After unhappy with other firms, M.P.S. came highly recommended. I only wish we had found them sooner. Their proven ability to be diligent, efficient and accountable has been a relief. Pam and her team are very knowledgeable of the law and how serves need to be handled in a timely manner. I find them to be extremely responsive, rates are highly competitive and the company has been an overall pleasure to deal with. Pam was great. She explained a lot of things I didn't understand about the process. Missouri Process Servicing has some of the best customer service and follow-up skills that I have encountered. Jose is polite, efficient, responsive, and very detailed oriented. MPS was able to locate and serve a high profile individual in less than 24 hours after we had already paid 2 other companies to do the same thing over a month before. Our law firm is located in another state, but Jose made us feel that we were right there while the work was being completed. I would contact this company again for any future processing needs. Being in California I had questions in respect to regulations and expectations for service of California filed divorce paper to someone who happened to be in Missouri. Not knowing if I should/could go through the Sheriffs Dept. or through a private service, I looked online for both types of process servers. It was then that I found Missouri Process Serving. I immediately called and made contact with Jose who was unbelievably helpful and empathetic to my situation. He provided me with clear and concise information regarding what I can expect from having them conduct the service. After our conversation, I felt extremely comfortable and confident with Missouri Process Serving. As such, I overnighted the documents that needed to be served and 3 days later service was made. Shortly thereafter, Jose provided me with copies of all related documents via email and promptly sent me the hard copies that I was able to submit to the court. Had it not been for the assistance of Missouri Process Serving and the thoroughness of Jose, my divorce proceeding would have remained stagnant. Thank You!!!

We from way out of town and needed to serve the USPS ASAP. Found them on line and they were even open when others were closed! We are on West coast time. That was a major relief!!! Everything was done quickly and efficiency and the USPS got served the very next day. Also was super easy to get everything done unlike other companies such as One Legal where it takes forever to set something up and then they farm it out anyhow and you have not single point of contact. With MPS it's the exact opposite. So if you need to serve the USPS or anybody else in MO these are the people to use.
