When I first heard about lucid dreaming, it immediately piqued my interest and I knew I had to learn how to do it. A friend recommended the Mind Awake app and now I can't get enough. The guided courses and meditations are extremely clear and easy to follow.

Mind Awake provides the tools you need to lucid dream. I first had a lucid dream in college but didn't know it was something I could get better at. After following Mind Awake's steps and paying close attention to the app, I have been able to lucid dream almost on command. Though I'm no expert, lucid dreaming allows me to reduce stress and spend my sleeping hours thinking about the things I want to think about.
