Have tried to get in contact with the store manager multiple times and he’s never returned my calls or addressed my concerns. The art supplies are neglected and inventory is constantly wrong. There are zero decent brushes and prisma pencils are never stocked. The entire department is a sad joke. Usually can only find one black pencil that’s cracked down the side. I’ve had to buy multiple PACKAGES of pencils just to get a singular black. Waste of my time and money.

The employees are also trained to lie for the store manager and offer no help or explanation. Some of us make a living as an artist, and don’t like to have to buy all of our supplies off amazon but this store leaves me no choice.

The best place for indoor holiday decor. Michael does a great job of stocking stylish quality items. But don’t expect to speak with Michael. He’s never there. I ask every time I go there to speak with him but, the staff just looks at me funny.

To start, Kaylie(Spelling?) was exceptionally helpful, and took extra time to make sure we received the best service/prices possible. The store, while a bit more expensive, is typically well-stocked. There is a good variety of products. While not the biggest store in the area, they make up for it with willingness to serve and help find products that they may not have in stock. There seems to be a decent amount of sales on most products, especially good pricing on seasonal products after that season is over. I never feel bad about going to this location.

Came here to have a few handmade (one of one) pieces custom framed. Check out the photos of howbthey turned out! Really stoked about how they came out. Price was reasonable given the sizes of each (they're huge, could barely fit all of them in my mid size SUV). Customer service was good. No issues would come back here again for similar work.

Pretty good. Well taken care of. 4 stars because of the chaos of checking out. Multiple self check outs and one employee. Customers just free for all as line is unclear. If someone needs help at self check out the employee manning the register has to run over.

My husband and I were shopping for Christmas items and as we paid for everything at self check out, one of our ornaments broke as we were getting our bags. One of the clerks was nice enough to clean the mess but then heard from her manager that since we had already paid, we couldn’t replace it. I get it, but very disappointing.

Michael's is a great place to let your imagination run rampant over all the different hobbies! They have the gear for all sorts of arts and crafts, and the seasonal decorations are always fun. Keep a lookout for the sales and sign up for the membership because prices can get ridiculously cheap when you do. There's really not a hobby that can't be helped by exploring the store.

Great selection, terrible checkout process. This goes for every Michaels now. If you need to do anything other than purchase and pay with a card, you have to wait FOREVER bc there are never enough people working the counter. And forget trying to use coupons or vouchers at the self-pay! It’s a nightmare.
