Employment lawyer is a “PAB,” who threw client under bus after encouraging CHRO complaint.
I outsmarted him and the state, by leaving the country, in between hearings.
Classic move is to “blame the victim,”
My passport was proof they believed the harassers, because there was more of them. Believing scared, staff, I never worked with was ignorant.
The prosecutor told the police to “leave her alone,” after viewing my passport.
Anyway, Mercier “threw me under the bus,”, tried to frighten me into a criminal retainer fee?
I got my attorney fees reimbursed after the CHRO found in my favor…he sidled up to the actual criminals.

The rest of my settlement is “gagged,” because that’s how corrupt the state of Connecticut is, and how this lawfirm is actually working for them.
