Jessica and Darla are incredible. They are helping my daughter and I sift through the horrible grief of losing my wife / her Mom at a very young age. Super patient and very easy to talk with. They helped us with all the craziness that comes with grief and trying to get back on our feet.
Highly recommend and I will continue speaking with Jessica long after my grief counseling.

Darla has literally changed my life. From the very first session I felt comfortable and an instant connection. I did not even get to schedule an appointment with them. I was reaching out for the second time for an appointment for my daughter and they didn't respond at all. I finally got a hold of hold of Jessica, and she had already responded to me February 23rd. if she had read my message properly from "psychology today" website she would have realized my daughter has BCBS PPO as I did not. She told me they had no evening appointments and to go to another place in Grayslake. Nothing with that name in Grayslake. I was not going to go somewhere all the way down in Buffalo Grove where she was sending me. the least she could have done was send daytime of morning availability. These are major red flags. Yes, their website is ok aesthetically but not everything that has a great cover is with great substance. New clients beware sounds like they just want status and clientele; probably not willing to work with someone that would want to help a loved one.
